The brushed nickel faucet looked terrific. Unfortunately the hot water tap would not seat properly. Spoke with DANZE after a 20+ minute hold. Staff at DANZE were very professional. Provided a reference number that would allow me to take the set back to CTC and get a replacement. Unfortunately Cobourg did not have another model but the good news is that Whitby did have one other identical model. Because the replacement was in another franchise (Whitby) i was required to yet again contact DANZE. More delays on the phone but Katie at the Refund Desk in Whitby was terrific. Patient, calm, professional and most willing to bring the adventure to a close. All is well. The faucet looks very nice and met a very classy lady in CTC Whitby. More trouble than I wanted but the result was just great.

Nice product…. Needs extra tags when packing!

I opened the box and realized there was nothing indicating the front. I installed them and realized they were backwards and the off position was facing front. I changed them to the correct position. Looks great! Nice finish. The drain required a few extra twists.
