I've had this for 1.5 years and it's construction forces all your water lines behind it to be crimped which really impedes flow to the unit. Wouldn't buy again.

Q: does it come with the mixing valve? I am installing this in a new bathroom, I am not replacing an old one. I am asking if I need anything else other than this unit for a brand new shower

Q: Are there any min or max height restrictions? We are planning for a basement shower that has limited head room and want to determine suitability for this unit whether the person using it is 5' or 6'4" tall and where the enclosure height is 7'6".

A: The only limit (in my opinion) is where your pipes are to connect to. There are some things to work around on the back side of the column. If you haven't installed your plumbing yet, you are good to go.

Q: Can you adjust the angle of the body sprayers? I know some units they are adjustable in direction up and down. I was wondering if you can do that with these ones?

A: No adjustments.. Fyi.. You can only use one option at a time. Hand held sprayer. Rain shower head or body sprayers. They do not turn on at the same time.

A: Only if you have a flat wall with a shower head on it. The unit is designed to get its water source from the shower head. The unit is bigger than it looks so make sure you have the room.

Q: How close to the column must you stand to get a shower from above? Do you have to be belly right up to the handles? Know what I mean? Or can you stand a foot away and still get water from the ‘rain’ shower?

Q: I've read that people are complaining about lack of pressure can't I just removed the pressure filters inside the unit so I'll be able to get regular water pressure? I did that with a couple of bathroom faucets in the past and it worked well

Q: Is the pressure good when u have 2 function at same time, like rain shower n message!?

A: Due to water conservation laws the max pressure per function on showerheads is restricted to 2.5 gallons per minute per function or at any one time. So you would get approximately 1.25gpm out of each function if you used 2 at once.

Q: I can see that this shower head has 5 different water outlets, how does this shower head work? Like, can you turn on all the outlets at once or turn on just one at a time?

A: The dial that selects each function is a rotary dial and the most you can use at one time is 2 with a setting blending two functions.
