A: I haven’t opened it yet. My handyman took the parts out of my old leaky tank and cleaned them all up.. put back in and it hasn’t been running since! Using the new purchase in its box , as a tv stand!!! But at least I have a spare if one of my toilets needs to be replaced in the future.

A: The dimension from floor to the seat is about 19.13 in , 'slow close lid' means that if you open the toilet seat the lid would softly close to the seat.

Is the store completely on Autopilot?

Extremely poor service. I called every extension listed AND Customer Service. Only Automotive answered. When I finally got to the Manager, he commented “that most have been frustrating “. No apology, no reason given - I guess there were no staff in the building!!
