I got away from turning taps, and got this instead, I get arthritis pain in hands sometimes and with this it makes things easier as the taps turn easily too, was easy to change, came with everything, the fittings, the sink plug set up etc, a great deal for a sale price. I changed it myself, had the plumber change the S pipe underneath as it was old form a previous owner and impossible to get off when it should be just finger tight that one, he did a water leak test and all was fine and dandy. If I'd let the plumber do the faucet it would have cost me a bigger bill, it pays to be able to do these things yourself.

Bought two on sale one leaked right away and the second one started to leak a few days later. Plastic spout cracked on both.

Q: Where do I buy ceramic cartridge? My Danze two handle lavatory faucet id dripping on cold water side.Took handle apart and found ceramic cartridge is cracked.Where can i buy a cartridge or is product under warranty. It is only 3 years old but don,t have receipt anymore. Thanks

Q: How often restocked?? Have rainchecks for 5 sets of taps # 63-31974 dated feb 20/14 and still none avail in store. 2nd closest store is a 1 hr drive for me and THEY only have 2 in stock,- So frustrating- Have never run into this problem before with Canadian Tire! Debbie
