Shower head connects too low so it hits the top of shower. Not what I was looking for

Its ok. Easy install. Quality is typical plastic. Doesnt have the feature to increase pressure and the massage function is weak.

Terrible waste of money

This was installed in my bathroom today. To say that I am disappointed in the lack of quality of this product would be an understatement.. This product is not worth the money. I feel that it is substandard in quality and performance. I only give it 1 star for the following reasons. The hand held shower head's positioning is awkward. The ceiling in our molded tub/shower is low and the hand held shower head touches the ceiling. You cannot position it any other way. When you attempt to pick the hand held unit off its holder the entire shower head swivels. You cannot tighten the unit enough to stop this action from happening. The lack of pressure on either heads through all six settings is not acceptable. The hand held unit is heavy to hold and the hose attachment is stiff. The hose looks to be made of heavy vinyl tubing with some type of reinforcing material wound around the inside. It is not flexible. This was to be a replacement for a similar unit also purchased at Canadian Tire 10 years ago. I feel that Canadian Tire should have tested this product before bringing it to market. There are better units. Purchase something else.

Absolutely garbage, handheld keeps falling out because holder spins Spend more in gas money going to store and then again to return it!!
