This is the second time I’ve used this product. Very easy to apply. Just make sure the grit in the bottom is mixed in with it. Put it over epoxy with flakes. Keeps the flakes down. Dries quick and isn’t slippery.

A: I would not see what advantage or purpose there would be for applying to asphalt?? Actually it did not provide any slip resistance to my seps or walkway!!

A: Hi I’ve applied it last summer on most of my patio area and entrances one area is fully coated and it looks amazing! The other part where’s there’s water running and pooling needs another application! I totally recommend this product.

Q: we have a wooden walk way on the second floor of the condo complex that's painted grey and is slippery when wet can i just put the sealer on or does it have enough grit in it to be anti slip

A: I have it on artificial boarding for walkway around side of house; because of issues with slipping when wet and/or in winter. It works great for me and looks great as well

Q: Will this work on Tile? The previous owners of the house I bought tiled the front outside steps. Looks nice but super slippery when wet or snow covered.

A: It just might, you require a porous surface, so I suggest sanding the tile, then prime before the epoxy.

Q: Can this product be used on interior hardwood floors?

A: Absolutely! Its a great product to prevent slipping. It will alter the appearance of the floor, giving it a pearlescent look. Cleaning will have to be done with a vacuum cleaner mostly but you can moist clean spots. Hope this helps.

Q: Does this sealant protect concrete again potential damage from salt/de-icer used in the winter time?

A: I am using it on natural Stones. But it also protects the cement in between the stones. If you need it for grit you will at least roll it twice on. If you got ice on nothing will help. good luck.

A: I don’t know. I used it on smooth concrete. For my application it was wonderful. Easy to apply uniformly. Provides an anti-slip surface.

Q: Does this product result in a matte finish when dry?

A: It dries to a satin sheen, not matte. However it provides double the slip coefficient required to provide adequate traction, while protecting the surface from staining and water damage/pitting.

A: I haven’t used it yet but reading the can…. It says if on wood it has to be applied over a painted surface. We are solid staining our deck first then we are going to apply this product. You can’t put it directly on wood.
