This particular 7-way RV blade socket is designed to be a custom wiring option for certain years of the Nissan Frontier, Pathfinder, Xterra and Suzuki Equator (see application info to verify fitment). Some automotive manufacturers install a special socket on the vehicle to be used for vehicle-to-trailer wiring.
