Great power

I have used this blender for 1 year now making smoothies and frozen cocktails using lots of frozen fruit and ice cubes. Great power and nothing seems to slow it down. Is noisy but I am doing ice cubes. What would you expect

Good idea, but poor quality Blade assembly

The blade assembly seems to be poor quality. I do not use the blender very often, but the plastic in the assembly cracks! as a result the blender leaks. I am having to purchase a new assembly for the second time!

I bought this attachment 7 months ago for making smoothies. Although I only put liquids, fruits, vegetables into the blender, the blades have become dull & ineffective so now it only seems to stir the smoothie not blend it. I'm very disappointed. Is it poor quality steel in the blades? The blender is noisy during operation making others vacate the kitchen. I'm happy with the rest of the machine.

This blender is very loud! I wouldn't recommend using it as your main blender as it is cumbersome to always haul out the whole mixer. It works for smoothies, although a little liquid is needed with frozen fruits to blend properly.
