Stopped working after 4 months.

Won't power on and now have to return it to Woodbridge at my expense! Poor product and very poor warranty return policy.

Had it for over a year..delighted!

Had an old version Keireg Platinum that lasted many years and was great..but after serving us well, it died and this began the search. We tried a a couple of different Keireg machines, including Keireg, all junk and returned. We were about to give up on KCups and found this machine. works like a charm, actually makes a HOT cup of coffee, nice looking, small footprint. My only suggestion would be a bigger reservoir, 48oz. runs dry a little to often.

I tried several times to get water to run through the machine in order to clean as per the instructions. After sputtering and sounding like a jet taking off, it finally produced a tablespoon of water on the 5th attempt. I have used my previous Cuisinart K cup machine for 6 or 7 years, it still works fine but I was really attracted to the smaller version. Thankfully, I didn't have time to give away the old machine, it is now back on the counter and the new one is packed up to to be returned.

very poor coffee maker

previously had the larger cuisinart k cup coffee pot and was pretty satisfied with it for 6 or 7 years.When it broke bought this one even with the high price as canadian tire was the highest of any other retailer. The coffee was luke warm,the machine is extremely noisy.Next day went to make coffee and it would not turn on,nothing.Returned it for a refund and bought a Keurig.The sales person at the store was very good and refunded cheerfully.Good service but high price tag from Canadian tire.
