This pan is great to cook a one pan dish be cause it has high sides and can hold many ingredients. IS non Stick requires little oil. THe best feature is the handle on the left side so you can carry from stove to table to serve. I would recommend this pan because it is easy to wash up And requires no scrubbing because it is non stick.

Best non-stick wok I ever used

I use wok for cooking 1-2 times daily. Tried different makes for the past 3 decades and I do feel that this is the best one so far.
* Head conduction: exceptional (very cautious not to overheat and burn away the non-stick coating); medium heat can have high heat result compared to other makes.
* Non-stickness: efficient as any other good telfon based ones.
* Smooth bottom-finish: perfect for ceramic smooth top stove.
* Handling: Absolutly no complaint.
* Durability: TBD (only used for 3 weeks).
* CAUTION: No telfon coating can really survive metal utensils though it claims it can and I won't try.

i feel like a real chef using this. Heats evenly, handle makes it easy to lift the wok. Cleans up like a charm. We utilize this more than i thought we would cause it is very versatile.

A: The non-stick coating is Telfon and its melting point is 327 °C or 620 °F. Therefore in general oil will vaporize before it melts. So it should be no problem to use it for deep frying.
