Je suis très satisfait de ces couteaux. Très bien balancé, solide, ils coupent parfaitement. Le seul point négatif: le tranchant est sur les 4 premiers centimètres de la lame.

C'est couteaux sont excellents pour ce qui est de couper le steak ou poulet ou n'importe quel autre choses il passe comme dans du beurre,les pointes et la lame sont très coupantes!!.Ils vont vous durer longtemps si vous les lavez comme il est marqué sur la boite.
