A great all round knife

This is a great all round utility knife. We ordered this knife as a replacement for a Cuisinart knife we had for 25+ years. That knife broke, but we regularly washed it in the dishwasher which is not recommended. The new knife is more substantial and I expect will tolerate the abuse our family will put it through even better.
The knife is great at cutting tomatoes or onions as fine as you like and can also be sued at easily cutting through more dense materials. ours is truly used all the time.
Yes, I recommend this product.
