Definitely wouldn't pay regular price for these. Flimsy blades and rust very easily. They are sharp but cheap.

Bought this set about a year ago and it has treated us pretty good.
It's a nice looking set and comes with a great array of knives for lots of different tasks. Unfortunately the steak knives aren't the sharpest compared to others I have owned in the past, I am a little disappointed by that.
For the most part they do the trick and the larger tasks knives are very sharp and cut well. Unfortunately they are not very strong and my wife just recently broke the tip off one of the smaller knives when she was cutting apart some frozen sausages. She did not stick the knife in vertically and try to pry them apart.
I will be bringing these back for the exchange policy, maybe there was a defect in both the durability and sharpness of the steak knives.
For the retail price I would hope they would be better than this.

Rusted Cuisinart Knife Set 21 pc

They look and work good, but 3 months and we have rust marks on them.
We will try another brand or just get our money back as these knives need to be more durable than this.

A: Yes. Warranty is lifetime. But they will rust no matter what.

Q: How serious is the rusting problem and is it covered under the warrenty??

A: wash by hand and dry immediatley, you will have no issues. If you put in a dishwaher, that's when the problem occurs. Any good set of knives will state to wash by hand.
