Boutons réglages de jet défectueux et robinet coule

Après 4 ans, le bec a commencé à dégoûter et les boutons de réglages de jet à coller. Depuis 3 ans, les boutons restent coller sans eau qui coule et lorsque finalement le jet reprend à force de fermer, le robinet ne cesse de dégoûter. Doc. garantie limitée à vie contraire au web d'aujourd'hui; en quoi consiste-t-elle? Mystère?

Nous avons acheté ce robinet qui fonctionne à merveille cependant la pompe à savon a été change depuis l'achat. Elle ne fonctionne déjà plus donc nous devons encore communiquer avec Cuisinart pour un autre remplacement.

Will buy another for our new house

I love this faucet. I cannot speak to the soap dispenser as we weren't able to accommodate it on our sink, but the faucet has been great for at least a couple of years now. In fact, we just bought a new house, and I am online watching for sales on this one so I can purchase another for our new place.

I love the faucet however the soap dispenser keeps leaking I purchased the product a year ago and have replaced the dispenser twice. Not impressed with that!

I had this faucet installed about 2 months ago and just LOVE it. It is very easy to use - just the touch of your finger will turn it on. It is a very elegant addition to my kitchen.

Q: How do I tighten up the stem? I installed the faucet and it works great but the swivel stem is really loose and won't stay in position. Is there an adjustment or any way to tighten it up

A: Yes, this faucet is a low lead product (Lead Free) and is compliant with 0.25% weighted average Pb content regulations. Which means the maximum lead (Pb) content in it is 0.25%. From a design and style point of view; it’s certainly a consumer’s choice. As for benefits and features; the faucet has a limited life time warranty on finish and parts. Defective faucet can be replaced provided original purchaser has proof of purchase (receipt). Unique design with a soap dispenser included. The faucet can be installed as on single hole sink applications or 3 hole sink applications (optional plate included in box). Yes. The faucet is CSA Certified which means: CSA International is accredited in the U.S. by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL), and in Canada by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC).
