Great machine, I make bread at least twice a week. I really like that you can program the dough cycle this way I put up the ingredients and then come home from work with a dough I can then make into fresh rolls.

Easy and Delicious

This breadmaker allows me to make delicious bread with all safe ingredients, an option I didn’t have before. My flour comes from East Europe and I use allulose instead of sugar. I toss the ingredients in and in a few short hours the house smells heavenly.

We have only used it a few times, but so far are very happy with this bread maker. I recommend reading the instructions thoroughly before use. I made a mistake of not pressing "pause" when I took out the paddle, and couldn't figure out how to reset the program and continue without starting all over again, but then realized there is a Bake option, so that is what I used, and it worked. Could have saved some time if I had read the instructions more carefully. Other than that, easy to use and makes delicious bread.

Q: I desire a real crusty crust. Can this machine produce a high quality crust?

A: It has 3 darkness settings which make it crustier depending on how dark you go. However, I made the French Bread recently and even on the lightest setting it was really nice and crusty. It's a great machine, really love it.
