First loaf turned out perfectly but the second loaf not so much. Not sure why since all the ingredients and proportions were identical both times...hopefully the second result was an exception...

What a great kitchen product! We have made dinner roll dough, cinnamon bun dough and even pie crust dough. They came out perfect! Far better and quieter than our old Zorinski! Worth every penny.

I think this is a very good bread maker and most of the recepes seem to work well. My only gripe is I think it is to high priced. After the purchace I noticed many other machines with the same ptions much cheaper.

Q: I desire a real crusty crust. Can this machine produce a high quality crust?

A: It has 3 darkness settings which make it crustier depending on how dark you go. However, I made the French Bread recently and even on the lightest setting it was really nice and crusty. It's a great machine, really love it.
