This hot & cold pack is very convenient and works well for both heat and cold therapy. I used it cold for swelling after a minor injury, and it stayed cold for a long time. When used as a hot pack, it heated up quickly and helped with muscle tension. It’s flexible, reusable, and easy to use. Great to have at home for different kinds of pain or injuries.

A: You have to put it back in the freezer so it freezes again and then is reusable..I use them in lunch bangs and have used the larger ones on camping trips..they stay cold for a very long time.

Q: What are the dimensions of each one (inches or cm)? S, M, L etc isn't a useful reference.

A: 50 = XS = 3 x 5 x 1.1 inches 100 = S = 4 x 7 x 1.5 inches 200 = M = 5.75 x 2.5 x 1.5 inches 250 = L = 8 x 8 x 1.75 inches 400 = XL = 8 x 10.5 x 1.75 inches
