A: Yes it is. I used one on open campfire and propane cook stove. Cooked real good and cleaned back to new!

Q: Can you use this on a glass cooktop

A: Yes you can but you have to use it with care not to slide it as it will leave metal marks on the top that are difficult to remove once pot is hot. If you are doing canning using this pot on the newer model stoves it can cause electronic issues. I switched to using the pot on a propane outdoor fish fryer to eliminate issues.
