Q: auto switch to warm? i need to cook something for 8 hrs but wont be back home after 10 hrs, will this one work for this kind of situation?... I'm scared my dish will burn if i actually set the the time to 10 hrs...Thanks in advance...

Q: Didn't see the difference between high and low. I tried high for 4 hours. After 3 hours, the water still looks warm, not boiled at least a little bit. I didn't see difference between high and low.Not sure if the one I bought has some problem or not.

A: I have the same question actually - will this slow cooker bring the food or water in it to a boil at a certain point? I bought it, and cooked beef soup in it, but after 4 hour high, it looked warm. i used a food thermometer to test it a few times during this 4 hours, and it merely reached 80 Celsius.
