My grandson and his mother tried to build something as was shown in the directions and the structure would not support itself. It kept collapsing. Disappointing.

Hello, we are sorry for your unfavorable experience with our Magnetic Construction set. Sometimes the due to the magnetic polarity the pieces can fight or not align correctly. On a tall structure or one that requires a lot base strength sometimes the last pieces need to be carefully attached to prevent falling. All the models shown in the instruction sheet should be able to be made. Thank you. Cra-Z-Art
