The plates stick together and are hard to separate. They are very thin and you have to use a placemat under them when serving. They have damaged the finish on my table.

Q: Should these last more than a year without any edge chipping? We got a set for Christmas last year and all the edges are razor sharp and cut your fingers when touching them.
