The product at the store is not the same

The product You see and order online store is different.
Online store shows higher model but store only have lower model product. Even the staff did not know what they are selling.

Purchased this as one of our daughters Christmas gifts that she was very excited about ! When we tried to use it for the first time it did not work. Not one stamp worked. Nothing came onto her nails at all. Garbage before we even used It. She was very disappointed.

THIS GIFT RUINED MY DAUGHTER’S CHRISTMAS

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present. She was very excited about trying it, but after several attempts at stamping her nails following the instructions, the whole process ended in lots of crying and disappointment. We tried over several days different ways to make it work and it just doesn’t stamp easily AT ALL. The stamps would either not come off the stamper or would only half come off, therefore ruining the whole nail and having to start over and over again. I even tried to put the stamps on her nails by pressing the plastic down myself on her nail but it would still not come off.
I am VERY disappointed in this product and how it makes itself seem as this effortless and fun tool to have. This was a major part of my daughter’s Christmas gifts and it kind of ruined part of our holidays this year. Honestly, I would appreciate a full refund or compensation for this product as it caused much heartache to my child who was really excited to use it. Maybe she can go pick out another better product as retribution. I hope you take my review seriously, as I rarely post these reviews, but this product was just a total disappointment.

We recommend trying the following tips:
Make sure the stamping tape is flat inside the pattern pod, if the tape is not straight, place a pencil into the hole on either side of the pattern pod with the stickers and turn counter-clockwise till flat
Make sure your nails are polish-free, clean and dry before you start
Make sure your GoGlam polish has dried for at least 3 minutes
Make sure when drying you do not touch things, as dust can stick to nail
