IT DOES NOT EXTEND TO 4 FEET (48") AS SPECIFIED, BUT ONLY 32"........................................I ended up bolting it to a 5 foot piece of aluminum angle section increasing the height to approx. 7 feet well above my trellis's which makes it a very efficient way to water my garden.

Cheap Materials Good Design

I picked this up over the weekend because it was able to water my gardens and shrubbery from above similar to real irrigation. First day I thought this is good, and works fairly well. Moved it a few times got almost everything watered until I am in the backyard and I hear the sprinkler noise stop. I come around the corner and the device must have worn itself out and the aluminium sprinkler mast broke off and was laying on the ground. I think with using better materials where the mast meets the base and this would be a good unit!
