I have no doubt the real stuff would work, but the synthetic version at least was garbage. Had this infront of a trail cam, had no more action than without any scent, and had big bucks cruise right on buy without stopping to sniff at all. This at least smelled deer-y, unless the synthetic Vs-1. This is a waste of money, do not buy, will not attract bucks.
