Water Poured Out

I filled to the max and right away water started leaking like crazy. I thought maybe I overfilled it so let it pour out until it was down to half. I plugged it in just to see if it would stop when It was hot. Nope. I didnt even get to try. it was a steady stream of water coming out

It sounds like the iron may have been overfilled, which can cause water to leak until the internal channels are clear. We recommend draining all water completely, letting the iron dry fully, then refilling only up to the max fill line and allowing it to heat completely before use so the water can convert to steam. Of all the irons I have purchased, this by far is the BEST. It is light and nice to use, glides smoothly and most important, it has never leaked!!!! I would highly recommend and would definitely puchase again.
