Not bad, but not great

Bought this sleeping bag on sale/clearance as well as a Woods Heritage to replace our well used 16 year old Woods sleeping bags. Both bags were sizeable, roomy and comfortable to be in for the temperature range we wanted. The Woods Heritage was definitely more cozy than the Coleman. The deal breaker was rolling up the Coleman sleeping bag back into its sack. It took one person to very tightly roll and hold the bag while another person wrestled the sack over top. Even then, we had to compress and squeeze the bag to get the sack zipped up. We eventually got it in, but it's just a matter of time before the zipper will bust. It shouldn't take that much effort to stow the bag. With that, we are taking the Coleman back and getting a second Woods Heritage.

Okay but falls short of expectations.

I wanted a wider sleeping bag and got one. It is roomy, and warm (snug at 6C), but NOT long. At 5'7", with the bag up to neck (rather than photo to armpits) I find the bag too short and would have preferred a square bottom as I felt crowded. Vents a mixed blessing. LIkely at warmer temperatures they'll be great, but they have some hard ribbing to keep the vents open that I find annoying and are likely the reason they recommend rolling not stuffing. Hard to fit in bag. Zipper on stuff sac useless - will replace with regular one. The head part is nice. I do wish it had a drawsting at the neck, especially since it is quite wide. There is no draft tube. Missing my 25y old Lugger Elite bag that is still in perfect condition although as I'm not, it has become too narrow.

No, I do not recommend this product.
