Accurate representation of temperature

This replacement thermometer is the exact size and fit for my Coleman BBQ, installation was very simple only requiring a set of pliers to remove the old butterfly nut. I was a little concerned the first time I used the bbq after replacement as the inside of the thermometer glass covered with condensation, this did completely disappear after the second use and has not returned. The new thermometer appears to be accurate as the temperature matches the burner knob position exactly as the old one. I am completely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product.

Probably works fine for fair weather BBQing. I BBQ all year in any weather. Mine died after 1 year of use
