Very nice light.

This is my review for this Coleman 250 lumens led headlamp with battery guard. This is a really nice light. I like how you wear it on your head. It keeps your hands free. While you are doing things. The thickness of the strap is nice. The strap is adjustable. It fits really well. It's comfortable when you are wearing it. The light is nice and bright. It durable. I have dropped mine a few times. It still works great. The battery lasts quite a long time.

Battery life is longer than 3 weeks of wilderness

The bright setting is WILDLY bright. And the red light setting is wonderful for nighttime reading. Low setting useful for doing dishes and cleanup around camp without wasting battery. I was suitably impressed. Better than average for a headlamp.

Works as it should. I like the red lamp feature. Nice if you have to get out of the sack in the dark. Just enough light to find the Johnny.

Q: Is it correct that the bulb will only last 200 hours 'cause that's what your specs say? That would be bad.

Please be advised that the bulb in this product is LED and will never need to be replaced, and the battery can last up to 3 hours (high) or 200 hours (low)
