    Not worth the money even on sale. I purchased the same model number about 10 yrs ago and it had a lens that you could focus . So you could use the lamp for illuminating a large area or focus a spotlight . Now it is more money and only a wide angle flood beam.

    Hi! I do apologize for any confusion. Our "FL65" headlamps have always been a fixed beam. You might be thinking of the FL75, which is very similar to the FL65 but instead of having a fixed beam, there is an adjustable beam from a flood beam to a bullseye spot beam.     Good product very bright. Fits on a hard had well. Uses 3 expensive AAA batteries and drains them fast. I reccomend rechargables an additional cost to an already expensive product.
