    The package says 'secure with velcro strap', when in fact the strap is elastic and not velcro! However, I used this on a vertical a/c and with the help of duct tape, feel it is secure. Now, let's hope the duct tape holds! This was cheap enough, so I made it work! Also, underneath the cover, I put rubber backed mats, hoping this will help to stop drafts. Looks neat enough. Just not sure why it says there is velcro.
