vac power cordless charles craft vac

It is a terrible product, Not enough power. I bought this 8 months ago . Now I can leave on charge for days. It does not turn on. I did not save the receipt. I guess I am out of luck.

Points négatifs: pour le vidanger, le filtre complet tombe dans la poubelle. Filtre difficile à nettoyer. Ne succionne pas bien dans les coins. Aspirateur lourd à cause de la grosseur de la batterie.

Not enough power

Rather than purchase a less expensive hand-held cordless vacuum, I spent a bit of extra money with hopes that it would have enough power/suction for small jobs. It did not. Ended up returning it to the store, disappointed in the whole concept of cordless vacuums. Perhaps I'll try another brand at some point.

Very Poor performance

This hand held has to be the worst I've ever owned. Looks and sounds good but has really poor suction. For this price I had a reasonable expectation of superior performance. NOT!
After struggling with it for months - I've trashed it and replaced it with a Rowenta. Don't waste your hard-earned money on this particular product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How long does it take for a quick charge? How long does it take for a quick charge? The battery must be removed for charging so if the battery is left in the unit and runs out, you could be without a vacuum if you need one suddenly.

Q: does the charger prevent overcharging? If the battery is partially charged, the vacuum is used, the battery is fully charged or the battery is charged for 24 hours will anything be damaged?

A: The charging base does prevent overcharging. The battery cannot be overcharged. Using the product before attaining a full charge will not damage anything.

A: Je trouve également que la description indique bien l'autonomie de la batterie et non de la recharge. Donc il est tout à fait faux de faire croire que l'autonomie de la batterie une fois chargée est de 3 à 5 hres. Vous devriez corriger la description qui porte à confusion!
