I was so impressed with my Champion 9000W Wireless Remote Start Generator, I purchased the Champion Pro 3500 PSI Pressure Washer with a Honda GX200 engine.
The packaging was very well thought out and everything was wrapped and protected perfectly.
The clear and detailed Operator's Manual includes a serial number sticker right on the front page making product registration a snap. Oil and funnel are supplied so it was a breeze to set up and fire up.
Minimal assembly required. Wheels are the perfect size making rolling and manoeuvring very very smooth. The Gun holder is extremely functional and with a slight rotation it is locked in place. The Detergent Tank is plastic so no rust and it is tucked away neatly and has a very handy cap to hold the tube (with a small filter) in place so it will not vibrate out while in use.
There is a very handy Velcro strap to hold up the generous 50 ft. high pressure hose. The hose seems very flexible.
With the engine running at full throttle, there is very little vibration transferred to the frame which stops the washer from creeping, keeping it stationary.
I am extremely pleased with this product and can honestly highly recommend purchasing this pressure washer!

Old Axial pump VS new Triplex pump

So far so good. My old Champion 3000psi gas pump with Axial pump failed over time.. to be expected. This Champion 3500 with Triplex pump will hopefully last longer.
Very impressed with Champion

Q: Is it possible/advisable to attach a garden hose spray gun in place of the 3500’s supplied power wand to gently wash a car exterior? Is a pistol-grip sold as an accessory?

A: Just use the smallest pressure tip on the wand it is gentle, I haven’t seen a pistol grip accessory but that doesn’t mean there isn’t any available

Q: Is the champion 3500 Pressure Washer TOO powerful for cleaning wooden (spruce, cedar) deck and railing surfaces? I want them clean but clearly not damaged or stripped.

A: If you operate it at full capacity and put the nozzle too close, you will damage the wood. When I clean wood, I put the motor at idle, use a wide angle tip and keep the nozzle at a distance that does not damage the surface of what you are cleaning.
