Q: Does this garage door opener come with the auto-close timer?
a year agoA: Hi Brodie. The wall control panel included with the B4505TC does not include this feature. However, you can purchase motion detecting wall control panel model 041A7327-1 which does include this feature.

2 years agoA: Hello Amir. The B4505TC is a DIY opener and can be easily installed by following the owner's manual installation instructions. If you wish to have the opener professionally installed, you can do so as well.

A: Ça fait 2 mois que nous l'avons installé et on adore. Il y a plein de façon d'ouvrir et de fermer la porte à distance comme sur mon cellulaire. C'est tellement pratique. Les sondes ont été un peu difficile à placer mais on a réussi. Il y a juste le module dans le garage que je ne savais pas comment il marchait et j'étais en panique à essayer de l'ouvrir pour répondre à quelqu'un dehors et que je brisé le détecteur parce que le bouton n'a pas l'air d'un bouton.

a year agoA: During an outage, you can pull the release to open the door manually. This model doesn't have a battery backup.

Q: Does this unit have a motion sensor light and if so, can it be disabled or turned off?
2 years agoA: Hello SR65. Yes, the wall control panel for model B4505TC does include a motion sensor that automatically turns on garage door opener lights when movement is sensed. The motions sensor can be turned off via the switch under the panel, and you are able to manually turn on and off your lights by the light switch also included on the panel. Q: Once installed, what is the total length from the garage doors (where the rail is screwed in) to the back of the motor? I have a restricted length to install and I can't find this information.
2 years agoA: Mine measures 10’ 4” or 124” from the bar to the end of the opener and my opener runs from side to side (not the length of the garage). where it connects to the motor is 10 feet.
