My wheelbarrow had a flat tire due to a leaky tube. I purchased this tube and now the tire retains its pressure. The bend on the intake valve is nice, it makes a pump easier to attach.

A: Yes , a tube can be used . The rubber seal will let air escape as the tire gets older. The rim can also be a problem as it gets older rust etc can make it stop sealing properly. The proper and most economical fix is a replacement tube. Yes a 410-6 tube will work in this application!
