I have used this snow brush and ice scraper already twice and found it to be great for both the telescoping brush that I can reach the entire other side of the roof with a single stroke and the ice scraper is solid and odes the trick in getting through the solid ice

Q: The snow brush is fully extended and I can’t get it to unlock to shorten the brush. When I press the button to shorten the wand doesn’t shorten. Thank you for your help.
