Auger belt for Briggs and Stratton 30" Snowblower

Belt was purchased at the store and I had a Briggs and Stratton authorized repair shop install it. Used the blower once and the belt was burnt beyond use. Technician said the belt was too short. Purchased a belt from a Briggs and Stratton dealer for almost 4 times the price and now works perfect. This cost me time and more money.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Snow blower belt

If you don’t know the size Bring in your old belt, Way too confusing to find exact fit
There are more then one belt that fits Briggs and Stratton and they are different sizes.
There should be a parts book like the auto parts for wipers, air/ oil filters where you can cross reference your snowblower with the Canadian tire part number
Finally was able to get a spare with the help of store staff.
I have not installed it yet simplify wanted to have a spare on hand
Only gave 3 star because of how difficult it was to find the correct belt as for the actual belt it has is made with Kevlar so expecting in to last longer then original
