I bought this a couple of weeks ago so I wouldn’t have to shovel snow on my side walk. Great product took 30 minutes to set up out of the box!

Early days but worked well

So far - so good. I’ve only used it twice, once for a light snow and today after a blizzard with 20 cm of snow with drifts higher than that. Some snow blew back into my face but that may be fairly normal with snow blowers. I hope to get a few seasons out of it. Easier on my back/ shoulders than shovelling.

Corded electric snow blower

This snow blower was good for 2 years. Year 3 it quit working. Tried troubleshooting tips still won’t go. So if you spend $100 / year for snow clearing it is ok. If you expect it to last for 3 or more years, spend the extra $ to buy a gas model.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Environ 70 lbs. Sur le site de Canadian Tire voir les spécifications de la souffleuse et cliquer sur voir plus. Pour nettoyer des escaliers elle est utile uniquement pour enlever le plus gros puisque la contre marche nuit au déneigement. Pour nettoyer les trottoirs, perrons et galeries elle est très efficace. Aucun problèmes après deux ans d’utilisation.

A: I assume you are pushing and holding the green safety button on right side of handle and then pulling back the start bar while holding the button in. Once machine starts can let go of the button. If this does not work then take it back.

A: We actually bought this last year and I honestly don't remember what the warranty is. It may be 2 years, but I would have to track down the enclosed pamphlet to make sure. If it says this on the box, then I'm sure that's true. We used the snowblower through the winter last year. Our heaviest snowfall was at the beginning of November 2024 where we had about 2-1/2 to 3 feet in 3 days. We did use the little blower in it for the first time, which was pretty excessive, given the snow was heavy, and it worked its little heart out, but you need to use common sense, given its size. Regardless of warranty, I would still recommend it. It's sitting in the garage now, waiting for whatever comes.

Q: I see that the specs say the assembled weight is almost 70 lb but one person says it only weighs about 40 lb. What is the actual weight?

A: The user manual for my machine, Electric 18" Snowblower model# 060-0582-0, says weight is 31lb 2oz. Since I regularly toss it into the back of my car with ease, I know it is no where near 70lbs. That must be a different machine.
