Q: The specs on this mower lists mulch and bag. It does not mulch, only bag. This is not what I wanted. How does it mulch as the specification states?

A: The statement was misleading. I realized this too, and tried to call customer service line to inquire whether it has a mulch kit but my calls never got picked up by someone. why would not they leave an email to make it easier to contact. Horrible service!

A: I never used this lawn mower for thatching. I used it mainly to cut our grass. It works perfectly ! This is one of the best one I have purchased so far from Canadian Tire. I hope this helps. I apologized for the delay in responding to your question.
