Plaque qui cuit bien les pizza

C'est chill comme plaque, on peut la tenir avec nos mains et elle a bien cuit la pizza. Sauf que je vois des fissures après 1 seul utilisation à 450-500 degrés.

Check the certifications before you buy.

The price was ‘right’, but not the product. The product was not certified safe. Other pizza stones have certification - approvals in the EU and the US. I like EU certification as they are pretty strict about products that come into contact with food and the products composition. If you value your health, think ‘certifications’ - if you dont’, just buy it.

Makes for great crust

Fit BBQ perfectly- use corn meal to prevent stick of my first pizza- fantastic crust. Scrap clean for next use after it cools. So far so good.

LOVE MY PIZZA STONE

I've read the other reviews, and this is what we do to get excellent results. 1. put the stone in the oven, then turn the oven on and do not take the stone out after it until it's completely cooled off. Do not wash the stone if it gets dirty. Just use a sharp knife and scrape off anything stuck to it with the knife edge at a 45 - 90° angle. Treat like a cast iron, but don't put any oil to season it. 2. we use corn meal and flour to help stop dough from sticking. If your dough sticks to the pizza spatula, your dough is too wet. Don't put it on the spatula, and then dress it because it will be on there too long and may stick. If your pizza does not transfer to the spatula from the countertop or table (w/e you've made it on), then your dough is still too wet. I hope this helps because ours works fabulous, and we use it at least once or twice a month. Everyone gets exactly
