This pump never works for me. It never pumps any air in! And it's not user error, I used my Dad's the exact same way after this one didn't work and that one worked fine!
No, I do not recommend this product.

CCM bike pump
It's a great bike pump, if it doesn't break! Used this pump 3 times, and the last time I used it the gauge seal cracked and broke off while I was pumping up my tire, rendering it useless.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hi, please make sure your using the right head for the item you are airing. You also need to make sure that the locker on the head is in the locking position, which is up. I hope this will help.

Q: how to stop it from leaking air
When I connect it to a regular stem it leaks air our of the presta opening. Is it defective or am I missing something?

A: Most likely you didn't attach valve properly.
Make sure lock is "OFF" on pump valve, slide pump valve over tube's valve ALL THE WAY. If the tire is not completely flat, you should hear a hissing sound. That means you did a good connection. Just practice few times. You'll get it.

Q: Is the CCM branded one the same as this one? Also, is this good enough to pump car tires?

A: You should be able to pump car tire. In the old days everyone used these pumps.
But it is easier with a $10-$15 12v compressor.

Q: how to read pressure gauge?
what are the 2 sets of figures in the gauge and how do I get a pressure reading while inflating a ball for example??
2 Answers
A: Top is in PSI, bottom is in BAR
It is a ball. Do you really care how accurate the pressure is?
But if you do, soccer ball for example runs between 8.5 and 15 PSI.
