Full use depends on cat

The cats definitely use a
It as a scratcher and love to go to the top level. However, they never use the hammock or the enclosed house - maybe they’re too small. May be better suited for younger cats if you want the full functionality. Our older cat does not use it, perhaps the jumps are too high. I rated as a 4 as my 2-3 year old cars don’t seem to use the full functionality. Otherwise, the cat tower has been holding up in terms of quality so far.
