The box will serve the purpose intended, but it was not in a box when purchased, and had several dents and a split in the lid.

Q: How do you secure box to truck bottom.

A: A mounting bracket is included. It's a simple aluminium strut to brace the part of the box that hangs inside the box. It bolts along the bottom edge of the truck bed.
