The Cap Olympic Grip Weight Plate, Single, 2.5-lb, is great for muscle strengthening exercises, endurance training, and increasing flexibility and balance. Simply add the weight plate to your fitness routine to increase calorie burn and muscle mass. It is made from solid cast iron and features a baked enamel coating to withstand grueling workouts. Besides, its 3-hole grip design allows for easy and safe handling while loading and unloading weights. The plate features a 1-inch centre hole to fit bars and is available in black.
