Note: The lock nuts have a lining on the inside for the bolts to pass through and tighten. Use a tool to hold the nut while screwing in the bolt as it needs force to actually pass through. Once you have passed through this lining you will be able to tighten all the way down. Assemble the bench on a flat and level surface and do not tighten one bolt all the way first, you must tighten them evenly to avoid it being uneven

Q: What is the max weight the bar can hold? 100lbs isn’t much, so it should hold more than that on a one inch thick bar.

Q: how much can the bar hold
4 years agoA: It comes with 100 lbs of weights and the bar weighs 5 lbs for a total of 105. The bar is 1 inch thick and so I wouldn't put much more than that.

Q: I can't seem to get the Weight bar together. there are only pins for it and they just stick out and fall out if its turned am I missing something in the manual it only shows these two pins to put in the holes of the bar to hold both sides together and it doesn't really work.
9 years agoA: Please reference the first page of the manual where it provides a diagram and the directions below . This will guide you on how to secure the pins for the bar. The pins must be tapped in with a hammer until they are flushed and secured. Directions per manual: Insert the Inner Bar (1) into the Outer Bar (2) and align the indicated holes. Using a hammer, tap the two Roll Pins (3) into the holes until they are flush with the Outer Bar.
