Subpar quality

Great decoration however it feels very flimsy and cheap. The cords by the tail stick out and the fabric is ripped around it but it's not worth the hassle of returning it back.

This little friend was a great addition to our Christmas settup. He's a bit on the cheap side being held up by zipties but he works and he looks like he knows karate. Very glad I have this friend at my door to great me

It was very easy to set up, even a person like me was done with it in ten minutes.
It was easy to set up, looks nice set in our cozy corner. These small things add so much to the vibes and ambiance during the holidays.

Q: Are the hat and mitts part of the structure, or can they come off?

A: As far as I can tell they are attached, they seem to just be glued on but not sure I'd recommend taking them off
