Terrible Customer Service at Vernon Canadian Tire

Terrible customer assistance..we bought the shower curtain to match the renovations we were doing to our condo. The employee accused of having used the shower curtain and would not give us a refund. Seriously? Then she said she would only do an exchange only and not a refund. There were only two shower curtains in stock and we did not want it due to the fact that the colour did not match the renovations. When we explained that to do an exchange for a product we didn’t want made no sense. We would accept a credit. She refused. The employee forced us to go to the aisle and find the shower curtain as she also accused of taking the curtain out of its wrapping ..we were telling her there was no wrapping and we had to prove it to her. We then we had to wait until she refolded the curtain in which she complained the whole time. No refund until she resolved refolded the curtain. We had to stand there and watch hoping she could fold the curtain. If she could not fold the curtain, there would be no refund Again, seriously? Talk about power trip. We finally got the refund under an embarrassing situation. We’ve been loyal CT shoppers for many, many years. Your store has always been our first choice in shopping. We’ve sent so many people to your store. To be treated so rudely at customer service was a disservice to your brand. I will forgive the employee. She belittled us and made us feel guilty for no reason. We will be back but this type of service was unnecessary. Again, we forgive her.
