BAD CUSOMER SERVICE

I TRIED THE PICK UP IN STORE OPTION. WHEN I OPENED THE LOCKER I FOUND THE ORNAMENT THAT I ORDERED WAS SCRATCHED AND BROKEN. ACCORDING TO ONE OF THE SALES PEOPLE THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE ON THE SHELF BUT THERE WASN'T ANOTHER ONE SO I WAS FORCED TO RETURN THE ONE THAT I HAD ORDERED ONLINE AND LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT THE GIFT THAT I HAD PURCHASED. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. WOULDN'T US THE PICKUP OPTION AGAIN.
