Misleading product image

There are no options to select which specific pattern you want. It’s misleading as the photo leads you to believe you get multiple. But in reality when I picked up my order in store, it was one roll of ribbon in a selected color of the store’s choice. I received one I never would have ordered individually. Your website should allow you to select if there are options.

On-line shopping has a downside.

I misunderstood the on-line item and thought I was getting all the ribbon. Obviously that was too good of a deal and I should have known. Unfortunately, it was after Christmas so no returns and the ribbon selected by the on-line shopper wasn't a pattern I would have selected. Perhaps middle of the night on-line shopping isn't a good idea.
