Good dinnerware set

I really like the dinnerware set but unfortunately when I unpacked it one plate was broken, I went the day after to the same store (this was boxing day) she told me no refunds today because is boxing day, I told her that I don't want refund I just want to get one of the plates that was broken replaced. She told me NO, come tomorrow, so to avoid to come again to the store with big box on my hand I ended up buying a single plate and paying for it. I'm not gonna bring the whole set again to the store for one single plate. so she saw me buying the plate that was broken and she just told me "have a good day". So again, I'm happy with this dinnerware set but i found really poor attention to the costumers. that's the only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I bought it last month but some plates has a spot and some plates plates has missing paints very bad quality I throw it’s packaging otherwise I’ll return it.😌

Q: What is 'Reactive Glaze'?

A: Reactive glaze is a broad term for the unique finishes resulting from a non-formulaic firing in the kiln. This means that because of the higher heat boiling process, it cannot be predicted how the finish will end up looking. Therefore, no two pieces of reactive glaze dinnerware are identical.
