Nice artificial tree

This is a very nice artificial tree. Easy to assemble and looks quite realistic. Takes a lot of “fluffing” to get the fullness of a real tree but once decorated it’s pretty good. Has a nice quantity of small LED lights in a warm white. Would’ve been nice to have some programming for different lighting, sparkling etc.

Beautiful, full, and, life-like tree

This tree honestly looks great and the extra half foot of height give it a much grander feeling. Setup is easy and the mini LED lights are well spaced and a good brightness. My only gripe is that there is only 1 mode for the lights - ON. For this price, there probably should be more lighting options, but at the end of the day warm white lights are the best setting.

Decent tree

It is a bit slimmer than our old tree and fits better in this home. Lights are well distributed. I like the auto-connect between sections for the lights. The branch hinges worked well and were not functionally messed up by the lights wiring as on my old tree though I am disappointed that the top section is just bendy wire branches. Overall not bad but the overall design and material selection does not seem to warrant the nominal list price, particularly given the likely factory door price.

Q: I have a large gap between the middle section and top section that can’t be fixed with fluffing. Has anyone else experienced this?

A: Thanks for reaching out. Please fluff down the bottom tips of the tree top and gently pull up the upper tips of Section B for a fuller appearance. This tree comes with a 3‑year in‑store exchange warranty. If the adjustment above does not resolve the issue, you may exchange the tree in store with proof of purchase.

Q: Does the tree twinkle all the time or is there an option to just have the lights stay on steady and not twinkle

A: Yes, there is the option to have the lights on steadily without any blinking/twinkling. We bought this last Christmas and we’re quite happy with how it looked when fluffed up and decorated. Looking forward to putting it back up again in December.

Q: Why is there a small section of lights that are noticeably brighter than the rest of the lights on the tree? FYI the tree is brand new and purchased less than a week ago.

A: Thanks for reaching out. There should not be any issue with using a dimmer. However, this product was not designed to be dimmed and may not function as intended. Our recommendation is to NOT use a dimmer switch or dimmer extension cord.
